Cookoff Overview

It is with great enthusiasm and pride that we invite you to participate in the Second Annual Heart of Texas Triple Crown BBQ Cookoff. Benefitting Charities include the Speegleville Volunteer Fire Department and The Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children. Help us support both of these organizations that provide so much to our local communities.

We will host some of the best cookers in the country and provide supporting event including: live music and lots more. The barbecue competition is sanctioned by The Lone Star Barbecue Society and will be hosted by the Hog Creek Icehouse in Waco, Texas, on June 23-24, 2011.
